Integrated Protection Systems was established in 2010 by John West, who at that time was a 20 year veteran in the security industry.  His vision was to offer businesses unique security solutions based on cutting edge technology with a strong focus on service and support.  Starting with a single customer, the business grew quickly under his leadership and earned loyal clients across a wide variety of market segments.

Andrew Powell partnered with John in 2015.  Andrew came with 20 years of experience in surveillance, access control, and information technology products.  Andrew’s goal was to build on the company’s success with small businesses by partnering with multi-location enterprises to develop a coherent security program with consistent outcomes and centralized management that could be deployed to locations nationwide.

IPS has achieved success in the electronic security business by assembling a portfolio of high quality products, bringing together a talented staff, and making investments in technology and key infrastructure.

Today the business has grown to almost 1000 clients across the United States.  We have project managers, technicians, and warehouses strategically located throughout the country to provide the level of service and support that is critical to security managers at all sizes of companies.  With an installation base of thousands of surveillance cameras and access controlled doors, IPS is actively making our communities safer and more secure every day.
